Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

can i sue CIBIL for mentally harassing me by not updating the corrected reports for the past 6 months ,resulting in rejection of loans,causing trouble in my family life as recovery agents and unnecessary calls keep troubling me for the fault done by some other person's defaulted amount incidentally with the same name.

My life has become hell and my image is always at stake.Kindly guide me asap.

if have two options you can file suit against CIBIL or you may go to banking omburdsmen.
