Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I was in USA, My wife was staying in Kolkata with my son, She gave some drugs to my mother and left home and came to Delhi to stay with her parents, i tried to speak with her through mediators but all in vein, pls advice what i can do.

Persuade or request your wife to stay with you or else file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights against her.

as you were in USA, what is your present location. what do you want out of this relationship? she drugged your mother and came to Delhi. do you want her back or want to divorce her?
