my vehicle loan cheque{chennai} has bounced,this feb 2009.i dont know that, suddenly aug 2009 there is one notice from kolkatta civil court.saying my cheque bounced and appear before this month oct 20th 2009.
i took loan in chennai and iam residence of chennai.suddenly the notice coming from kolkatta.what shall i do?

You must have been issued notice for cheque bounce before the case.
Contact lawyer immediately and appear before the court.
You should immediately send the cheque amount by way of bank draft alongwith a letter of apology and explaining your reasons for non-payment. You may also offer the litigation expense involved.
check out the reason mentioned in the notice and petition.
May be there is some problem. Moreover without notice it is not possible and moreso you can offer cheque amount only.
