Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

what will be consequences of not paying a credit card money. I have Rs35000 outstanding and unable to pay the same for 6months. Now the collection agency is behind me. Please advice.

Harassment etc if you do not pay to the bank.

talk to them and if u cant pay till 6 mnths ask time from them
