Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have won an auction of DRT for an agricultural land. However I my self do not have farmer certificate.

Q1) Will this land be transferred on my name (in 7x12 extract)?

Q2) Will DRT allow me to have my father in law, who is a farmer as a new owner?
