Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

my younger brother is a lawyer he is misusing his knowledge against me.he denied to give me my lawful share of the property.we are having agricultural land and house at my native place.(ancestral property). in co operative soc.onebanlow(the land was purchased by my late father,the said plot surrendered to the socty.to devlop by builder.) the soc.issued share cirtificte giving him firstmembership and co membership to me.socty.never asked my noc to my brother.he filed the cases against me and socty. in different courts.(criminal, diwani, highcourt, co operative court,appilatecourt,cllectoroffice, sahakar ayuct kokan bhawan etc.)everywere he made me a party for no reason.he knows that i am leagaly and economicaly poor can't face him in court It is not possible for me to attend court every time. as i am living faraway. I can't bare the advocate fees.how to obustrct him from such act. How I will get my legal share?

you have to file case to get your share through court, but if you are poor then you may approach legal service authority situated in your city court and they will help you free of cost but for that you have to fullfill few conditions.
