Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
On 25_04_12 my brother who was crossing the road at 23:00 hrs was hit by a car at a speed of 90kmph and suffered with serious head injuries and chest injury, he was unattended by the car driver and my brother was expired after two hours. A night patrolling police van caught that fellow and arrested and tried to save my brother life by moving him to osmania hospital by 108 ambulance but were not able to save life.police filed a case against that person under section 304A.
We would like to know that what type of sections t.hat we can impose on him in addition to above sections And make him more punished for negligence and killing a person who is just 33 yrs of age

you have an option of lodging an f.i.r. and also file a claim in Motor Accident Claims Tribunal for compensation.
