498a aquittal
can someone please point me to 498a judgement of SC where the accused is aquitted. I need just 498a and not 306 or other cases read with 498a.

You need to refer the Supreme Court Journal for getting the relevant cases.

Offence of 498A alone is tried by a Magistrate. Such matter need to travel 3 courts below to reach Supreme Court, which is quite difficult. You may try searching Judis Site, where almost all judgments of Supreme Court are available, either reported or unreported.
