Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

in 498a case against me fir is written in which they said we demanded rs 2 lakh for furniture and other expnses this rs 2 lakh rs they transfer in my relatives account
for payment of marriage hall . we paid the bill of marrige hall rs 1.40 lakh and remaining 60 thousand transfer in girlmy wife bank account. we have just bill of 50 thousand of marrige hall
as under billing was done .
pls advce me how we prove that this is not dowary we demand but to give payment they transfer in our account.and was preplanned by girl side to misue the 498a law

In a criminal case, burden is on prosecution to prove.

After prosecution has adduced evidence, you may assess the same and decide.
