Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

498a evidence

In one of my previous quesries i wrote when i arrived in USA in my husband's appartment after staying in India for 4 months.i found he took away phone, utensils, matress.after 2 days i called his friends and a lady who woked for NGO.Then i took a letter from them that they have seen there was no utensils, matress, phone when they visited my appartment after two days of my arrival in usa.i had lodged 498a in india on this ground and showing this letter as an evidence. My question is if my husband will say i had thrown away utensils, telephone etc outside before informing his friends to visit my appartement will do?or he will need to present evidence in support of his statement?
