498a and 506 filed on me , father , mothe and brother . i was remanded and now in bail 160 days over still charge sheet not filed . case is based on her false alligation how to proceed futher ?

first of all from where you are ?
In Gujarat 506 is Non- Bailable and Cognizable.
498-A is having maximum 3 years punishment.
If investigation is not completed in six months and charge sheet is not filed you can file discharge.
