Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

in 498a fir there are 9 accused

from no 1 to 9

but accused no 5 and 6 no allegations are there in fir just there name

example she say accused 2 demand gold chain etc other accused beat her

but nothing against accused 5 and 6 written

is she can amend and fir new can be filed again or accused 5 and 6 are free from charges
