well this is related to stocks and shares. i am stock broker. one of my client asked me to trade on behalf of me and transfered his share in the my name for past three years.we incurred loss in our transaction and now he is asking me to give back his orginal shares and has forcibaly taken cheque from and bounced and has further filed a case against me under sec 138. he has made me signed a mou that i shall retun him the share failing which i shall deposit chq and file a criminal complaint on me.. pl guide me

u have yourself to blame for all this but if you can show papers then we may find some solution.
