Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
The 420 & 120B sec both are compoundable. Now question is Lower Court has power to Compound the offence(or Finish the case)??????

If offence/s is/are compoundable, then trial court can compound the same by following procedure prescribed by section 320 Cr.P.C.
