Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

how i can appear in 156(3) becoz illigations r false and i have evidence favouring me but the lawyer is saying that we cant appear, so plse help me , by providing answer , and if any ruling or judgement helps me then frm where the copy or details i can get, if possible then yr no plse

for 156(3) the case is between the court and the complainant. the court will get the inquiry completed through the police. Police in turn may ask you for explaination. Police may file a report of no case.
