10 cheques of different dates are bounced. All were issued by A to B. Whether B can issue one single notice u/s 138 and then file one single complaint against A? Is there any bar under Cr.P.C. to file 10 independent complaints against A on a single day?

You can file 10 independent complaints against A on a single day. There is no bar in Cr.P.C.

notices need to be sent within one month from dishonour of cheque. it depends upon the date on cheque and the date on which it needs to be presented. read more on 138 NI Act on my website www.karvai.in.
