Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can 340 crpc be intiated on both the parties,after the 6 and a half months of order,by some 3rd party ,who acts as a whistle blower who do not have nothing to do with that case?

the party may implead itself in the case and then file the application u/s 340

As per SC ruling in Natrajan's case, anybody may invoke 340 Cr.P.C.
