How to get relief if police implicates me falsely under section 107/150 cr.P.C. In india.I am ph.D. Doctorate and i had given written representation to ssp,ig,deputy commissioner,home secretary,chandigarh.,but of no avail.I want to get dismissed the erring police official who falsely implicated me. Please help me properly.

file complaint/ application to chief metropolitan majistrate or CJM or whatever applicable at your place and tell him ur grivance.
you can tell me ur problem in complete by email and send me the copies of the case and ur representations to me along with Rs. 2100/- and i will draft petition/ complaint or whatever felt suitable for you and thats how it will be dealt or i can help you find a lawyer in ur area or you can just discuss in detail by sending ur problem alongwith charges of rs 500/-........ whatever u like

You may approach High court by way of Writ petition.

You can file an writ petition before the High Court.

If there is no prima facie case, you can have the same quashed by approaching sessions court in revision or high court in writ or 482 petition.
For false prosecution, you can prosecute persons who implicated you. In addition, you can also file a suit for damages.
