Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
15 days before i recieved letter from Indian embassy in qatar that i have a case against me (IPC-504-323) registred in july 2008 and due to not presenting in court, i have Non balilabe warrante against me. I visited indian embassy and explain that these people are my relative, those dont want me to work here and asking me huge money to settle case. I was not in india from 29th dec 2007 to 10th sept 2009.. i visited india in sept 2009 for 10 day and retruned to qatar for work.they filed this case in july 2008.
my question is... can this country will deport me and wat india embassy will do against me?

arrest you and deport to India. so it is good for you to come India appear in the court and get bail for more details call to 09587744142
Deporting will be governed by law of country in which you are staying. Consider posting in forum dealing with laws of that country.
unless a lawyer knows as to what sort of case is lodged against you, it is not appropriate to comment further.
