a instrument was stolen from an office this was misused inanother state for auction this was forged and returned there the authrities filed fir police filed charge sheet and manager of the office was one of accused.at the same time the chief executive of the company had filed an fir at the same police station in that it was stated that the instrument was stolen by a staff this was based on their enquiry and confessional leter of the staff. fir of the official dealt how the instrument was misused the other one dealt how it was takn from the office . manager was not accused. police when filed the charge sheet at court is silent about fir of the company, confessional letter of the staff . what is the legal effect?charges not yet framed.

you can well request the Court to have additional investigation at the hands of special invetsigating agency u/s 372(8)

Since the case has already gone to the court, the real position can be ascertained only after perusing the court records, the two FIRs and the Investigation Report.
