.Just to harrass me and my daughter he has also lodge 420 ipc against my daughter.According to him my daughter has hidded her qualification and he married my daughter because she played fraud on him by saying that she did two years mass com which means masters but actually did one year mass com which means diploma and he would have never married him had he know this before.Does what my daughter did comes under 420 ipc?

Overall view of Husband is totally is incorrect. Case does fall within 420 IPC. Case can easily be handled by a good lawyer.

Counter blast may be made under DVA.

even if the case has been registered, u may take this plea that he and his parents met you many times and verified the educational qualification before finalizing the marriage. he has to prove that the qualification shown was untrue. you can file a petition for quashing the f.i.r. u/s 420 as the case put up by him is weak and an afterthought. consult a good lawyer to file a petition for quashing the case u/s 420.

The facts given by you are not covered within '420 IPC'.

You may consider prosecuting the boy under IPC and DVA.
