I m doing Human Resorce Managemant from delhi university and I am accused in 406/420 case.Can I get bail on student base in non bailable sections 420/406.

Bail simply cannot be granted on the sole ground of being a student. There are several factors to be considered before grant of bail. The role of the accused, stage of investigation, whether or not any recovery is to be made, gravity of offence, chances of jumping are a few factors to be seen. Bail, in fact, varies from case to case. It is a discretion of the court which is to be exercised judiciously. You must give the complete facts for one to give an opinion.
