Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
6 months back my friend was injured by his relatives at that time no MLC did by my friend for evidence.... in said situation Without MLC FIR can be registered or not ?

It may not be proper to lodge an FIR after six months of occurrence. Try to stay cool.
