Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument act, 3 separate complaint was filed against the same accussed along with the annexture. while filing, due to oversight the AD registered slip was mixed up and wrongly filed in other case. can we request the honourable court to replace the original AD slip in all three cases. can court do it? If so under what provision? Is there any high court or supreme court judgement? Pl. advice

yes, you can request the court to replace the related proofs or you may ask the court to club all the files.
