U\s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
Sir,
One of the partner has signed the cheque. Is it necessary to send notice \ summons to all the partners? If notice is sent to one partner only, will the case stand.

the notice should, prefereably be sent to all the partners and the firm as well.
