In case the Power of Attorney Holder of the complainant company resigns after giving his evidence in chief and has been partly cross examined in a case u/s 138 N.I. Act then who will be called for to complete the cross examination?

Cross can be completed only of the same witness.

Liability of witness remains there even after tendering resignation.

the same person may be called for further cross irrespective of his resignation.
