Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

138niact

Dear Sir,

In MadhyaPradesh there are 12 cheque bounce cases gainst me by a single complainant for a transaction in 12 months,he has filed separate cases and the lawyer without my knowledge has already crossed the complainant and without any points and he has presented the cheque of another amount which is above the liability and due to fear I was misguided and not allowed to attend the court which resulted in warrants in all the matter. Now how do I come out of it .

Re: 138niact

if you prove that there is no legal debt or liability, you may win the cases, however regarding the warrants, you should file the anticipatory bail in the session court, if the non-bailable warrants has been issued against you.

Well!! if you have evidence in respect of your claim above. Approach the court and produce the evidence that you did not have liability to the extent of the cheque deposited by the complainant.
