Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
there are 3 parties invoved in this case where the second party is intend to pasy the third some amt.also the second has to get money from the first.The second party is under the situation that he could pay his debt only after receiving form the first party.now the third party has send a legal notice to the second.how will we solve this?

ask payment from first and if they don't pay then reply to the notice by third party and issue legal notice to first party
