Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
15 peoples hit a person with sharp and blunt weapons an his body on minimum 7-8 places on dated 15-01-2012 ,but the person dosen,t make any police complaint and he also dosen,t be admitted in any hospital for any legal process,but the second party make some scratches on his body and be admitted in the civil hospital with the the help of doctors and money by approach and money and now they are demanding a big ammount rs50000/ for compromise what can now we do, can we make some action of previous fights all the marks are till now appears on the body pls tell us solution soon. thnks

U may move an application before police or may file complaint direct in the court through lawyer
Delays are fatal for criminal cases.
However, if you have good evidence and can explain the reasons for delay, then you may file a case.
