Bail, a discretionary matter of the court, depends upon facts and case to case. The role played by the bail applicant, offence involved, likelihood of tempering evidence, recovery of case property if any etc. are factors to be considered. you should give complete facts of your case. Bail in bailable offence is right whereas in non-bailable offence, bail is mercy. Bail depends upon certain factors, such previous enmity, gravity of offence, recovery, documents or goods recovered, falsification in contents of FIR, contradiction in FIR, or technical faults in FIR etc.
