1.Please inform me the validity period of the arrest warrant issued under NI act in a bouncing of cheque case.
2. Can the case can be withdrawn after the arrest warrant issued under NI act in a bouncing of cheque case.

warrant of arrest is a direction to the police to arrest the person and produce the person before the court on a particular date. Once the date is over, the fresh warrant is to be issued by the court for another date.
Yes the case can be withdrawn at any stage whether warrants have been issue or not

yes the case can be withdrawn. the warrant is valid upto next date but application to issue new warrant can be made if previous warrant is returned non executed by police
