Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

U/s 56 read with 8 (1) of Fera, 1973

Transactions involved dates back to 1992. Show Cause issued in 1994. Complaint filed in 1998. Second complaint filed and then 1st complaint withdrawn in 2000. Transactions between two Non Resident Indians, taken place out of India. One NRI who paid in US$ not touched by Fera. Second who received has been dragged in Fera.Trial is going on!
