Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
1) in a SUM CASE is a appleant binding to show his balance sheet in court if such demanded by defendent.
2) is it compulsory for appelant to show the defendent as sundry debtors in is balance sheet in the year he has filed the case
3) can failing of appelant to do so make his case weak against defedent

yes, failing to show the records directed to be shown in court, would weaken the case of defendant.
