a wife had lodge the false complaint against her husband with mother in law,brother,sister and sister's husband and maried daughters of different location under ipc 498,156(3),they all get bail, how much time is required to settle the case

You should consider an amicable out of court settlement and avoid litigation which may be very lengthy and costly.
It may take years for litigation to conclude; and may result in a possible jail term at least for the husband.

Settlement depends on mutual agreement of the parties.
As far as hearing and disposal of case is concerned, that depends on burden of work with the concerned court.
