Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A 19 year girl had sexually intercourse regularly with 25 year boy, on faith of his oral promise to will get marry,after word with minor dispute they stop talking for 03 year, onword the boy got better proposal by else & he got married with other girl.
1)my question is can first girl take any legal action against that boy ?
2)Under Which section section she can file a petition?
3)what could be punishment/imprisonment will against boy.?

yes u can take action but yes their will be some difficulties in taking so since u r very late now.it ll depends what is ur status now.u register a case against the boy for rape and annulment of marriage. u registera complaint before the ur area concerned police station in writing.
Because of the gap of 3 years, the girl may have no legal remedy available.
