Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

for last 10-12 years i was fighting a case which mr. lalan prasad charged against me .i was served witha charge-sheet with sections i.p.c. 467, 468, 471, 409, 420, 201, 120b. which i won in sept. of last year. and now i came to know that the company (in which i was working as a programmer, & they dismissed me when the case was filed against me) charged a case two years ago against me of execution of the amount that i misappropriated according to the last case which i won. & i was totally uninformed about this case. now, i don't know what to do? please help me.

u can file petition in High court and u may file civil suit
