Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi I am 28 yrs old single man (Name - XYZ)

I have been putting up in USA for the past 3.5 years and working here on temperory VISA (H1).

I visited India two times during this period. First time during my brother's marriage Mar 2009 (20 days) and second time this Jan 2010 (20 days)

I have my prarents who were staying with my brother in India (Delhi) along with my bro's wife.

My bro's wife has filed 498A,313,323... 3 more cases etc fake cases against my bro, my parents, myself, my cousin brother , my uncle , my aunt.

My cousin family and me dont stay with my bro and my parents. How can she file such a fake case without any ground..this is just a sheer harrasment.

I had hardly spoken to my family and bro's wife during this period, basically i did not have much contact with my bro's wife as i am busy working in USA earning hard money.

Here parents (Father) is in Lucknow police and he is miusing his position to file such a case on our family and that too from Lucknow.

My question is:

What are the chances of me getting penalised in this case. I dont stay in India and I dont have any plan to go to India for next 2 years atleast.

I have all the proofs like VISA docs, paystubs and all that i have been working here USA.

What can happen to me in worst case?

Pl help me...I am very tensed considering my career and my family also.

PL HELP ME !! WHAT SHUD I DO ?

You have not mentioned wher the case has been registerd whether at zdelhi or Lucknow. As per law the cause of action for registering the case arose at Delhi as she was staying at Delhi.

It is the irony of Indian law. you get chance to speak when case is registered. Inthis case ther are fair cahnces for getting bail for you as you were staying out of India.

If the case is registered at Lucknow, you may get bail by lucknow court only.
