Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A1 - native place court(cout there near by town for our village)
A2- present living place court(court exist in current living place)
A3- Distric court
For suggestion about maintanance case we met a Lawyer in district headquarters.He said he takeup case and suggested to put case in A3.we informed we were not living in A3, but he said he would create a fake address for this maintanance case.Could you please confirm whether we can put case in A3.Giving fake address create any problems from opponent side.Whether any possibilty of dissmisal of case.
