in india, tamil nadu state, a shop owner abused in filthy and valgarly a gentleman for parking his twowheelar on Govt road infront of the shop. The gentleman complained to the police seeking for legal action against shop owener. Under what section police will file the case

first i wud suggest that u should try to cool down but if that does not suit u then u can lodge a complaint under section 294 and 504 of Indian Penal Code with the local police. normally police do not register cases under these sections, therefore it may happen that u may be required to engage a lawyer and file a criminal complaint case. that will again bring tension to u, so please revise ur decision.
