Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have an account in a social networking site called facebook .i opened a fake account just for fun and i got a pic of a girl from some different sites and i uploaded that pic pretended to be me but i haven't done any identification theft ,didn't took any kind of information of her no ph number .credit card number ,no address no nothing ,i just took the pic of her and a normal photo.so it a cyber crime or identification theft?

though it is called impersonation but majority of fb accounts are like that. still it is advisable to not to be at the wrong side of the law.

Using some one else snap without permission amounts to serious felony under various acts. It is advisable to stop the impersonation.
