Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
when accused is an advocate in that case whether he can self represent with his nominated counsel. if yes. what is the exact provision of law

The law is same for all. According to me the accused lawyer should seek permanent exemption in that case u/s 317 Cr.PC . If the court does not grant the permanent exemption then file a Petition u/s 482 CrPC in the concerned High Court.
