Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am accused in a case due to rain and traffic yesterday I couldn't reached before Honble court due to that the Honble court issued NBW against me ? My counsil was also not present as he was also late due to reason above same.

What are the chances of cancellation of nbw and.what can I do at.this stage ?

Your counsel can file an application for cancellation of nbws and if your past record is fine and the offence is not very serious in nature then u may just be fined and the warrants may be cancelled.

Your counsel can move an application for cancellation of NBW by giving the reason rain etc. The court would certainly cancel the NBW against you.
