Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i am accused in 138 cheque case. the case going on last two years. still 311 not reviewed due to we try for compramise. i paid 1 lakh as a initail amount in court we agree to settle as 5 lakhs in court . before this i got an warrant and recall it. then after pay amount i am attending two hearing for geeting addtional time to pay remain amount. then within two week two hearings are come i am not attending for this and my lawyer put petition. in second time hudge put NBW . so how can i safe. 1} how can i cancel NBW. pls give proced?2} any possibilty to get bail or nbw canceeltion in high court or district court. pls give ur suggetions

you may move an application for cancellation of NBWs citing the compromise.
