Can an accused of eve-teasing be also charged with the National Security Act (N.S.A) with the relevant acts?

no, he cannot be. it is illegal. at the most he can be charged u/s 354 of indian penal code for outraging the modesty of a woman but that also in extreme cases where the eve teaser tried to get physical with the victim.

No he cannot. but you can made other allegations, if he did any wrong. But if he really made any thing against the national then that act is applicable.
