Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i'm accused under IPC 304(A) of causing a death of person by motor vehicle. That was purely an accident. I am working in MNC company and i don't have passport yet. My case is on trail within few days. i don't know when will decision come. Please give me some guidance to deal with this case.
