Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If an accused had been released on bail by I.O. in non bailable case wether court should askhim to file fresh bail application and wether court can reject it.If No please suggest provisiom or law laid down by apex court.

An I.O. can not release on bail a person accused of non-bailable offence. Get your facts clear.
