Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have been accused of having sexual relation with this girl on the pretext of promise of marriage,i am not having any contact with this girl since last one and a half year.fir has been registered with sections 366,363,506,376,arms act,59.I am on interim anticipatory bail till further notice.can i be framed in 306 if the girl commits suicide now
