Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If a accused is taking adjournment again and again by makin false excuses then Can court cancel his bail or court can only fine as a cost against him.
Kindly tell me reply on above 2 mentioned power of courts

court has a wide discretion, it can even refuse to grant adjournment and proceed with the matter if it is of opinion that the adjournments are taken only with a view to delay the trial.
