Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Accusesd had forged my sigh and commit forgery with me and I filed a case in the civil court and before the honable court he admitted in written that signature is geniune and he destroyed the orignal documents.
I have only photostate disputed documents which is in certifified form. Can I prove my case ? with the help of photostate certified document which is forged and admitted by accused .
Is cfsl lab gives his opinion on photostate document which is admitted by accused ?

no, cfsl would not accept the photocopy or certified copy of the document. original document is needed to prove the forgery.
