Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
there is acriminal case against me. 120b 420 etc.durig trial the witnesses spoken against me during investigation did not turn up. no document was marked against me. can the judge question me under 313

in case the witness has not turned up in the court and faced cross examination, his evidence cannot be relied upon. however, judge may question you regarding the statement and in case you admit the same, it may go against you.
